Dentures & Partials
Dentures are often referred to as a “plate.” An acrylic base is made to fit over the gums and bone. A full set of teeth are set in the acrylic base. Dentures can be supported on tissue alone, or attached to dental implants for greater stability and chewing function.
Partials utilize existing teeth, or implants, as anchor points. They are made with either a metal frame or a flexible resin base. Partials can be used either as a transitional appliance for patients waiting for implants, or as a long-term appliance for patients who may not be good candidates for implants.
Dental Implant
Dental implants are the most ideal way to replace missing teeth.
